Make sure your smartphone and Arlo aren't too far away from your WiFi router. During the setup procedure, we recommend keeping your camera 10-15 feet (3-4.5 metres) away from your WiFi router. You may relocate the camera to any location within range of your WiFi router once it is set up and connected.
